Courtyard by Marriott Aventura Mall

Great location, great staff and clean room. We enjoyed our stay and we were comfortable and we felt safe! Nothing. Everything was great!

if you use hotels dot com the hotel will not help you PERIOD

The front entrance was being renovated at the time of my stay hence the “good” in regards to cleanliness; the other “good” review was in regards to the parking fees, at the time of my stay was $25 per day plus taxes, in my opinion it was excessive

Property is great. Outside was undergoing some renovations so it was a challenge for Ubers to find us. Gym in hotel is great. Starbucks within the hotel was nice to have. Room was excellent. Shower continued to drip after making sure it was fully off. There seemed to be some kind of trick to shut it off as the cleaners managed to get it to stop. Staff were polite. Only gripe is I did ask the front desk man to attempt to turn around my Amazon package when it arrived when I left and he said he would attempt that. I then was around in lobby for a while later after checking out and he received packages and didn’t even look at who they were from so if my package had arrived he wouldn’t have turned it back when I had left.

The parking lot was compromised due to construction and the handicapped parking spaces were all full the whole time we stayed. My husband had to walk a longer distance than is comfortable for his bad knees.

great stay despite property under renovation

The payment process feels outdated - they don’t accept contactless payment for the security deposit, which was quite inconvenient. The staff were not very friendly either and didn’t greet me whenever I passed by the lobby.

The location was excellent. Everything you needed within minutes drive of the hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The gym was well equipped and clean. The room and bathroom were both big and had all necessities. The parking was very expensive at $25 a night.

Everything was very clean, from the dining and other public areas, to sell surfaces in my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My server and barista at the breakfast bistro went out of her way to make sure my eggs were done the way I wanted them and her smile brightened my morning.

Nice place to stay for the night. There was some construction at entrance which was confusing with check in. I was not offered breakfast, nor did I see one. Staff was all very accommodating. We would stay again, IF we knew about the $25/Day Parking!!

Great location, clean No complaints

The room was nice, bathroom very clean and nice shower, bed was super comfy. It was quiet and we slept well. Did not like construction at lobby entrance and parking lot. Not good signage where to get into lobby. First assigned was at elevator and when i went down to get room assignment changed, rep was rude until other rep stepped in to help me. She was wonderful and my new room was wonderful.

This is my go to place to stay now when I go to Aventura. Great staff. Hopefully the construction will be done soon.

The elevators were down most of my stay. While they tired to help with alternatives was still very inconvenient

Staff was very pleasant . There was construction on the outside and it made it a little difficult to get in and the parking was limited.
