Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/McHenry Row

Property and room were very nice and clean. Staff was not friendly seemed bothered when asked a question (red hair lady). No amenities had to pay for coffee in the morning (only Starbucks available) Paying that much for a room you should at least get coffee. No pool etc. very close to things to do though.

The beds only had 3 pillows- not four. I Have been to many courtyard Marriott hotels- this location is mediocre.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included, but, the bistro was fine and costs extra.

Great location, beautiful hotel, specious rooms, very neat and clean all throughout the hotel, ample space in various areas around the lobby and garden Cafe to get some work done, or simply relax with a cup of coffee. Starbucks in the lobby, great bar next to reception, and the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of minutes from shopping centers, boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. An all-around excellent choice! We'll be staying here again on our next visit to Baltimore!

Location was nice, next to Harris Teeter. Free parking is great. Close to everything.

Free parking! This is a rare commodity in Baltimore and very much appreciated! The location is perfect and the staff was super friendly!

My room was extremely hot, and the TV in my room did not work. I reported both issues to the downstairs clerk, who assured me that they would be addressed, but unfortunately, neither issue was ever resolved during my stay. This was very disappointing and significantly affected my comfort and overall experience.

Beautiful, clean and convenient place...

The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity. The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am.

Pillows and sheets had stains on them. An item of mine fell behind the desk and while retrieving I noticed how dirty it was on the ground behind the desk. the I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel if I ever visit Baltimore again.
