Clean with very attentive staff.
-
Very large room with air conditioning and two large queen beds, large TV, fridge and en suit bathroom. Well located in downtown just a short but ride from Penn Station. We also made use of the gym and Kim at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. No major notes - we could have used extra coffee pods on the room but we just asked for them at the front desk. Would stay again when in Baltimore.

Staff are great The vents in the rooms were noisy even with the fan/ac off which made it hard to sleep and there was a party in the room above me one night which was organized by the hotel

The hotel was nice and well-maintained. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and the bartender who served me was friendly. The people working the desk were also always friendly and answered my questions. The fitness room also seemed new and was clean. My only complaint was that Expedia's listing made me think that breakfast was included when it is not. There is also a small historic building tax at checkout that I don't think was mentioned. But I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and was able to check in. The staff always seemed happy to see me and told me that while I was staying at the hotel, I was "home". The room was clean, and the restaurant was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.

Very good

Not at all. This is my new favorite hotel. I will only be staying here during Baltimore visits.

The location was great for us. It was about a 20-minute walk to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor, and there were plenty of pubs, restaurants and other places within easy walking distance. We found it very convenient for exploring Baltimore without having to drive everywhere. We ate at Poets twice during our stay and really enjoyed it. The food was good, and both times the servers were fast, friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to Anthony, who checked us in and seemed to be there throughout our entire stay! He was always so friendly and welcoming whenever we saw him. Just a genuinely great guy who made us feel at home and added to our experience. Between the quiet, comfortable room, convenient location, good food and wonderful service, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and had some very high energy that alone made our stay a 10/10

The staff was extremely welcoming. The bar was enjoyable. The food was delicious. The AC was cold and the beds were extremely comfortable. No complaints AT ALL. They also had a number of restaurants literally around the corner. The Thai restaurant was delicious!

This was a good choice for the Springboks vs Alll Blacks match. Good location for M&T Bank Stadium, Walters Art Gallery, George Washington monument and several beautiful churches. Interesting little restaurants close within walking distance; Thai, Italian and French food. Great cocktails at the bar. Parking across the street means one doesn't need valet parking. Easy access to I95. Friendly reception staff. The hotel restaurant food is poor value for money, tasteless and to be avoided. With one exception the waiters were friendly but incompetent. This hotel is not good value for money, because it is expensive for what it offers.
-
The room was in pristine condition, the bar /restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dinner options, but the best feature of Hotel Indigo Baltimore is the staff. From the valet parking attendants who greet the guests to the efficient personnel at check in to the friendly bellman to the maintenance staff, absolutely every person made me feel like a special guest. It was very impressive to learn that many of the staff had been employed there for eight to fifteen years or more, and they were proud of the hotel. That pride shows and it manifests as a warm and welcoming stay.

Anthony did call to let me know that our room was ready for us when we arrived back . We got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were checked-in and luggage retrieved in a matter of minutes.

Nice property. Friendly staff.
-
A Fantastic Stay! The hotel is perfectly located with plenty of walkable interests or things that are easy to get to. The staff was incredibly helping. And the Poet, bar and restaurant, was the perfect way to start or end the day, if you wanted.
