The property was good, however, the room was dirty. The couch had first stains all over it. The floor didn’t seemed to be swept, walking barefoot then getting into shower there was a lot of dirt coming off. I understand that accidents happen and that it’s tough to repair wall damage, the shower was severely cracked and the patch work looked rushed and didn’t seem to seal with openings present. I feel like there is an opportunity for training and elevating expectations not just with staff but management, where the true blame should be placed. For the price, I could have stayed at a cheaper cleaner place.

Very clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. Unfortunately we had some issues with the room door key reader not working which made our keys not work at all. We had to be let in with a master key, and then could not fully latch the door until we left to avoid being locked out.

Would have appreciated in room water as an amenity. The staff particularly Chris at the front desk were great as were the staff serving and setting up the breakfast. Meghan (I hope I remember her name correctly) during Happy Hour, as well as the others during breakfast which I did not catch their names were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the outside seating area. No bar or restaurant on site but plenty within walking distance. Our room had road noise. I would suggest asking for a quiet room.

This is a basic hotel. Don’t expect hand lotion, hair conditioner, a pen or paper in your room (but all set if you want two Bibles). The breakfast was, as was the entire stay, “OK”. Just kills me to pay Aspen area prices for a room that would be 25% of this cost for this level of a hotel anywhere else. Location is good. Parking is easy. Front desk is empty much of the time, leaving a bell should you need something. Elevator was broken so the entire place was using one single car. Not sure why no second set at the other end of the building. Lots of walking when you’re in one of the rooms at the other end. Been here twice. Booking elsewhere for next trip.

Apart from the staff at the check in, everything was perfect.
