The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly The breakfast area had roaches crawling around the waffle maker the shower and bathroom had drywall dust and debris the room was warm even with the air turned all the way down and the TV didn't work

I cancel my reservation with no refund from Expedia, at checking I was assigned to a room that was dirty, the bed looked very undone the bed looked old and like it was sinking in the middle, at the bathroom area seemed like someone threw up and wasn’t cleaned. I was checked into a different room afterwards, the bathroom and counters have bloodstains, carpet not vacuumed. They was a chair on room that was torn and dirty. At that point I decided I did not wanted to stay in a hotel like that with my family. We were in town for the LSU game. After that it put us on a bind looking for another hotel. I called Expedia and got no reimbursement.

This hotel is very tired, the ceiling looked awful, dirty in places, no handles on doors on cabinet. This hotel is well over due a refit.

This place is a terrible, filthy dump. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there. The room smelled terrible due to the white mold all over every piece of furniture. The floor had something slippery on it. I watched a baby roach crawl into a crack in the bathroom wall. We didn’t want to touch anything. We stayed about 10 minutes-long enough to find and book another hotel online. We are surprised this place is not closed down and condemned.

Mold around the tub where tub and walls met up the corners toilet was loose and tank was tilled forward and seat would not stay up room was repainted and paint was splattered in several areas.hallways had paint on carpet in many areas all the bottom of the doors down the hallway and in the room. Room smelled musty. Room wasn’t vacuumed. Found two dead roaches in closet. Ironing board cover was stained. Vinyl around bed was sagging off cover under box spring was hanging off laying on floor. Furniture looked like it came from a low budget thrift store swayed up to 3 inches back and forth didn’t want to put anything on it.place should be closed and a major remodel done. The shower didnt work and the hotel was ran down. Ive stayed at laquintas before and had a good experience but this one was very ran down.

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, broken dresser, hallways smelled of weed. Elevator was broken and to get out of the hotel you had to walk all the way around the build do to door in stairs to lobby would not open.

Location and vacancy. I would not have stayed here if I could have found a room somewhere else In disrepair. Elevator wasn’t working, door knobs missing on stairway doors (fire code violation), juice machine broken so not many drink options. Breakfast sausage not being held at temperature in a crockpot. Hall carpets were badly stained, shower head sprayed water on the wall whenever it was used.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating Pool was closed for repair First floor bathroom was out of order. Needa updates
