if they dont like how you look they will ask for you to stay in your room

The property was very clean. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The room was great. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area.

The room did not get cold at night

The property was new so I thought it was beautiful I am VERY DISSATISFIED I was greeted by a roach in the bed. I COULD NOT STAY there . I was so inconvenienced because I was visiting from another city . I immediately ask for a refund. The manager was pleasant and very apologetic. The hotel was BRAND NEW . It was a disappointment

Rooms were noisy. Could plainly hear the people in the next room talking.

The property is brand new and very clean. I like the fact that the place is not ran down and everything is new. The front desk staff workers are very nice and helpful. It would be nice if there was an ice machine at the location. As far as the kitchen very nice and clean but no paper towels better yet nothing in the kitchen. Pets are allowed and I'm fine with that but not a constantly braking dog!!!

Fair price Staff didn’t do room service until every 14 days , had to wait on a clean room

Came to Baton Rouge and stayed here after a comedy show and was not pleased while checking in. we were greeted by the clerk, and immediately the clerk was bombarded by another staff member talking about cleaning rooms and being done and ready to go home. This conversation continued throughout the course of our check-in and another staff member entered, saying that they would clean one more room, and that was it. To me, the conversation was very unprofessional and distasteful to have in front of hotel guests. It held up our check-in quite a bit. So much so, the hotel clerk could not properly check us in and did not know she had not taken my card until we were almost on the elevator. Upon entering the room, we came to realize that there were no hand towels or washcloths. The trash bags were not in the trashcan. There were no amenities like soap, shampoo, or conditioner that typical hotels have. The shower had hair in it. It seems the bathroom was halfway cleaned. The hotel itself seems new. I believe this may be the main reason why it appeared clean. This could have been a better stay considering the condition of the hotel. I believe the staff needs to be addressed about professionalism.

I loved everything, my friend and I enjoyed our stay...very clean and organized, the gym very cleaned and organized as well. The vending machines always stocked, last but not least the staff from the GM on down to the housekeepers they all did an amazing job working very well as a team The only thing I didn't like was the washing machines. The app I had to download and setup my information in order to activate the machine wouldn't accept my card info and I've had an account with Regions over a decade.......that's the only thing I didn't like about the hotel..... everything else was amazing
