Candlewood Suites Baytown by IHG

Awesome customer service

Everything

Thanks

Awesome staff!!!

Employees were very nice and friendly

Good

Great staff and extremely clean room…very impressive

It was in ok location Need to clean inside of refrigerator and microwave

Entry into the parking lot was not easy. Wish there was an entry from the service road next to it.

Room is always clean the staff is very nice and helpful and there’s a pool and gym room very nice place to stay

Clean friendly helpful staff great location

The bathroom was not the cleanest, and during our stay no one came and exchanged towels or mopped the dirty floors.

No breakfast included, they do have a pantry with items to purchase.

I’ve grown tired of the mediocrity. I finally changed hotels on my last visit and it was way better - breakfast, clean rooms, nice televisions, great connections to apps. Here - it’s pretty much the opposite.

Spotless, comfortable beds, good location. Everything was great! Nothing!

It was friendly, clean room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. No bells and whistles but What we needed

Room could have been cleaner, pillows and bed mattresses not very comfortable

Very quiet.

did not use

On the pictures of the hotel it looked as if they had a hot tub this why i choose to stay there. But no hot tub
