Location isn't a great part of town, though I didn't know that when booking. It was nice on the inside and I felt safe, so I guess it doesn't matter! Some of thr channels didn't work. A few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom - actually more to do with age than clean, I think.

It was an easy to find location. Super close to an awesome Cajun food place. The smell of dirty pipes in the lobby was over powering and not pleasant. The hall way was muggy and smelled of wet or dirty carpet

The first floor smelled like sewage. They charge 14.99 for what most people consider a continental breakfast. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The hotel is overpriced in my opinion. The restaurant and bar were dead and they were part of the reason I chose this place. I won't go back, just is not worth it.

There was no water. The staff was unhelpful. I asked about a refund so I could book another hotel room so I could shower and was told that they “didn’t know how to do that.”

No hot water. Breakfast wasn’t as advertised because no gas at the hotel

Hot, humid , dis not tell me there was no hot water, maintenance did not fix our toilet, housekeeping had no towels after taking ours and did not bring any back l, had to plunge the toilet myself when housekeeping brought me a plunger the next morning
