Extended Stay America Suites Portland Beaverton

Most things were great. Beds are extremely uncomfortable extremely firm.

Exceptional

The parking sucks. Other then that. S nice weeks

Everything was awful, bugs, blood stains, feces, bad smells, horrible help.

It served its purpose, and there were no issues.

Simple and easy place to stay. Staff tries hard to make sure you are happy. It does need more parking.

We were there for a week. Unacceptable.

it was decent

Poor

Superb

I usually have a good experience here, but this was not one of them.

Bad

Cabinet drawers were filled with dust and bugs

Great staff

Great location!

Professional And courteous

No much breakfast Discipline

Barely functional kitchen. Had to request dishes, pots and pans. Couldn't even make a cup of tea when we got there. Took a while to get the dishes. Staff was friendly, but not efficient. One of the 2 burners on the stove had no knob. We chose this place so we could cook, and we could manage breakfast but not much else. Unit was not very clean.

Pleasant

The outside grounds were beautiful and gave a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. It smelled of cigarette smoke, was not properly cleaned, had debris in the bathtub, body hair in the nightstand drawer, no top sheet, and wood debris between the comforter and bottom sheet. The biggest issue was the breakfast. The Expedia listing shows a full breakfast bar, but breakfast is not provided at this location. That should be clearly disclosed before booking, not discovered the morning after you arrive. To me, that is extremely misleading. The gentleman who checked me in and Carl from maintenance were both phenomenal and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the inaccurate amenity information made this a very disappointing stay. Travelers should be aware that what is advertised may not be what is actually provided.
