Quality Inn Belgrade - Bozeman Yellowstone Airport

This was one of the best Quality Inns I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was so clean! The bonus was the 4am pre breakfast to set us up for our adventure to Yellowstone and Grand Teton that same day.

I didn’t like having a barn door for the bathroom— lock is a hook— otherwise door doesn’t stay closed. Just a suggestion to change that

The room was clean, but only 2 small towels to use. We were charged for an in-room safe, Never used the safe, and was not told that this was going to be an automatic charge. They asked for a credit card for any incidentals, which is not unusual, The beds and pillows were not comfortable,

The beds are very comfortable and many choices of the breakfast.

check in was smooth and easy And even had fresh cookies to greet us!! There were coffee and lattes available at all hours of the day and it had the most extensive buffet breakfast We've had in a long time- hot and super Food! Great place to stay!!

Very conveniently located to the airport. Rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was good.

The room was ready for check in at 3 p.m. The hotel room was quiet. The front desk, breakfast and airport shuttle staff were all friendly.

I stayed in room 318 on July 24–25, 2026. I checked into the hotel around 10:30 PM. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a mild sewer odor. When I used the sink which is located in the room instead of the bathroom, I discovered it was clogged. After removing the sink stopper, I found it completely packed with hair and debris left by previous guests. I have a photograph documenting its condition. I brought the sink stopper to the front desk. The night clerk examined it, took a photograph, apologized, and told me he would notify the manager the following morning. Because it was late and I was exhausted, I remained in the room for the night. During checkout on July 25 around 9:30AM, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was not on the property and would call me later that day. She never did. After receiving no response, I contacted the hotel again on July 30. On July 31, I finally spoke with the manager. She offered only an $14.20 concession, which included the $2 refund that I was already entitled to because I did not use the in-room safe. When I explained that I did not believe this was an appropriate resolution for a room costing $277.99, I stated that I would likely leave a negative review describing my experience. The manager stated that if I wrote a negative review, she would not provide any refund, including the $2 safe refund. When I expressed my disappointment, She said: "I do not care"

The room was rather small. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast had quite a few options, however, on the weekend when it was completely booked, many options became unavailable.

I didn't think it was a good value for what we paid for our room. Its best feature is that it is close to the airport. If I had to do it over, I'd probably look in Bozeman for a nicer hotel and drive the extra 15 minutes to the airport.

1 Front desk guy super unfriendly. Another one not as bad.
