Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Bellevue

If this hotel were free, I would not stay there again. The owners need to take better pride in this property. The location is convenient. The staff are good people. But the property hasn't been upgraded easily in decades. It gets a cursory cleaning regularly, but needs a deep cleaning. The caulk around the sink had mold. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and had mold. The mattress was way to old and needed to be turned. I was afraid to turn it myself for fear of uncovering something unsavory beneath. The prepackaged breakfast muffins were obviously bought in bulk many weeks ago.

There was an issue with the elevator and my door lock, they were proactive and resolved very impressive. The engineer did a great job on my door situation. The front desk team is outstanding.

Cheap price for multiple reasons

Comfortable bed, functioning A/C unit, consistent hot water on demand There was only one functioning elevator, and the home button fell off on the first day, making it incredibly difficult to get to the ground floor. The "free breakfast" was a joke. No juice, no hot foods, no fresh fruit. Just cereal, yogurt, pastries, and rice for some reason.

Location and price

Neither Elevator was working. One partially worked and the lowest it could travel was 2nd floor. Challenging to use any amenities or get to the lobby or parking lot.

Only challenge is parking fee which is not shown on booking

The amenities were nice and the staff was very friendly.

Excelente servicio y muy buen precio

Just what we needed for our quick overnight. Easy access to I-90, easy parking, comfy room and bed, big rooms. Continental breakfast was good--lots of misc simple items including hard boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurts, juices, bagels, oatmeal packets, fruit. Coffee was adequate but not the tastiest if you like bold coffees. Would stay here again for the convenience and fair price.

I would not recommend this hotel.

It needs updating! It has really old carpet throughout which has a musty smell. Also they make you pay for parking per night and don’t tell you until you’re checking in. The property has potential but needs a serious upgrade.

Staff was super nice! The property was cute, definitely on the older side but had all the basic amenities. Our AC in our room didn’t work, we did request to have it serviced but wasn’t resolved before we checked out. This only was a mild problem as we could open the window for cooler air. Overall a good stay.

Great place with plenty of parking. Comfortable bed and room, friendly staff. Breakfast was bleak. Found Lil’ John’s diner nearby,

I was really hoping that the reviews were gonna be accurate however upon showing up at 11 PM to check in it was not what we expected. The Property looked really rundown and the hallway and rooms were not the cleanest. There was mold present in the shower and it was just over run down. For $140 a night and they charge an extra $15 for parking I wouldn't stay there again nor can I recommend it for future guests unless they do an overhaul of the property.

Tho my room was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The only thing I could see that would have been nice is I had to uber everyday and there was no place to sit and wait for my ride that had a clear view of the parking lot.
