Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bentonville by IHG

Overall enjoyed my stay. Felt comfortable and safe. Breakfast was great. Only downer was the tv in the room didn’t work. I would recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Great stay! Smelled great. Great customer service.

Richard, the gentleman that checked us in and then subsequently removed the wasps from our room was friendly. Lack of communication. WASPS IN MY ROOM!

Not clean, towels has lots of hair on them, drain did not have covers and was full of hair. Lost of rust and very musty.

Very good

Great people. Great place to stay

Enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing.

Not so disappointed at all, compared with other Holidays Inn Express that I had stayed before. I enjoyed my stay (5 days). Excellent continental breakfast. Clean room along with friendly staff.

Plenty of food areas around the property

Exceptional

Nice size room, helpful staff, good breakfast selections. Will stay here again when in the area.

It was in the 90s outside when we checked into our room. We got into the room and the HEAT was turned on and it smelled like dirty feet. We had to turn the AC on and leave for a while so the room could cool down. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Half of the lights inside the room did not work. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean.

Ok

Location

The staff was friendly & helpful. The outside was just ok.

The gentleman that checked us in at our late hour of arrival...I believe his name was Michael...was so kind and helpful. Lovely soul. The room was clean, the bed was absolutely dreamy, bathroom was well stocked and clean. Parking was well lit and safe. The hot breakfast was exactly what these wearing travelers need to kick off our next day. Highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.
