I travel a fair amount. This wins for the dirtiest hotel visit in many years. Actual mold on the ceiling. Bathroom smelled like urine. Furniture was very beat up and visually dirty. It’s close to the airport but don’t fall for it!

I had a horrible experience there and found some of the staff to be incompetent. Especially Candy at the front desk and General Manager who know nothing about customer service and Hospitality. What is so hard about making sure there hot coffee available during the breakfast hours?

Breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was very responsive. Front desk staff also very good to work with. We enjoyed our stay here. Would do again.

Everything was good, the staff, breakfast, the pool and hot tub, the room. We will be back.

The room was clean and bed comfortable but walls were thin and we had to endure our neighbor's TV in the evening, around 2am and then starting at 5am. That didnt make for great sleep.

Clean rooms. Loved the view, pool is a little cold. Hot tub was great.

On duty staff worked hard and fixed the Wi-Fi. Location - my bad - but I had no idea it was so remote. Facilities - one elevator out-of-order. Two of four ice machines broken. Wi-Fi was down and took some doing by the evening staff to fix it.
