The Holiday Inn Express in Bettendorf is a very nice hotel property. Attractive lobby with outstanding breakfast buffet included in the morning. The rooms are large, comfortably furnished and the rain shower was great. Beyond that the staff were well trained and very attentive to the guests.

Rooms were not ready at 3pm check in. Waited almost an hour for a room. Staff was not accommodating. Heated pool is far from heated. Freezing cold. Really unfortunate experience for such a nice hotel.

Place was unique in that it had a huge breakfast area that was classy.rooms r large and have a chaise lounge/sofa type thing that u could use for whatever. Big shower and counter space. There's a very LG. Patio area off the indoor pool with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. Great place!

We had issues with our toilet running non-stop and not flushing two separate times, and someone from maintenance had to come and fix it. We also had an issue with the bathroom door not staying closed and the bathroom door lock was defective.
