Group Hotel Booking in Billings

Start with room count to confirm the property can hold your block. Compare distance from downtown if your group needs access to businesses or events in the city center. Check for amenities like free breakfast, free parking, a shuttle, and guest ratings to match what your travelers expect.

For tournaments, conventions, or busy travel seasons, request your block several weeks ahead. Hotels release unsold rooms from a block at the cutoff date, so early requests give you more time to finalize your group size. If your dates are flexible or outside peak times, you may have more leeway.

Submit your request on Engine with your dates and room count. Engine Groups handles the room-block booking for stays of 9 or more rooms. For 8 rooms or fewer, booking is self-serve on the platform.

Engine offers consolidated invoicing so you can manage payment for the entire block in one place. You have multiple payment options and there is no membership fee to use the platform.

A room block holds rooms for your group until a cutoff date, when the hotel releases any unbooked rooms back to general inventory. Before the cutoff, you assign travelers to rooms as your headcount firms up. Missing the cutoff means losing access to rooms your group may still need.

Hotels give Engine rates they only allow us to show business travelers, so a public page cannot list them. Create a free account with your work email to see them.
