Ramada by Wyndham Birmingham Airport

Staff Room was filthy. Fresh Blood stains on sheets. Had not been,washed. No hand soap and no wrapped cups. Mattresses had several large black stains. Walls had sticky the and wall sparkling and paint was old and terrible looking. Bathroom was dirty and old looking.

This place was horrible. The bathroom was rusted, smell in the hallways, very old furniture. I was very uncomfortable there. I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly. The room had air conditioning and was clean.

We asked to change the room because of the mold, the second room was worse than the first room and on top of that they gave me was occupied. Pour management, terrible maintenance and a disgusting smell. We left straight away and booked a normal hotel.

This motel has not been updated for many years, and it shows. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, and the price was good for what we got.

It was 7 minutes to the place I had to go . The staff was friendly and it was a quick process to get in. When I first got to the halls they smelled horrible! Kinda smelled like they had got wet before and mildew have took over. My bath tub had a brown stain in it. My pillow cases was stained. I was just not happy overall .

Close to airport Average , rooms wasn’t clean properly especially bathtub and toilet . No wake up call service , Coffee too old .

Our room was clean and the a/c worked, however the air was out in the hallway and the front desk staff was rude. We were only here for the night so it was fine, but we won’t stay again.

Hair from the last guest on the shower wall. Only half a roll of TP in the bathroom. Only decaf coffee in the room, tried to get some from the front desk and was told I would have to wait for the breakfast service to open. I came downstairs 3 times to get breakfast and they never opened it and provided any food or coffee. The guy at the front desk was rude and dismissive! I had to leave the hotel early so I could get breakfast at the airport. Buyer beware! I won’t be back!

Don't let the pictures receive you. This place is a dump. Hate putting bad reviews but this one earned it, unfortunately. Only one door in that I could tell, so if you parked on the side you had to walk all the way around to the front door. There are side doors but they had "exit only" on them. One of 2 elevators worked & that one was very noisy. One of our beds was extremely squeaky. Coffee maker but only decaf in the room. Got in too late to ask for regular coffee for the morning. No bar soap for the bathroom sink. No food in the area in case you want to get a quick bite.

The worse experience ever, wish I could put 0 stars

Things were old and out of date. The drywall in the room was cracked. The whole building felt abandoned and forgotten.

Room was dirty. Chips and other trash still on the floor when we checked in. Had to ask for towels and trash to be taken out.

This place is so run down it belongs in the '70s. I actually have not ever seen such a worn down bathroom and hotel room in my experience. We were going to park there long-term for the airport and take the shuttle, but the way they maintained the hotel exemplified how they might maintain the cars left on the property in their care. I guess you get what you pay for, but it's sad because it is so convenient to the airport.
