Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington

Staff was very nice (of course, we’re in the Midwest!) and location to campus was great!

My stay was amazing. Alexis at the front desk was wonderful. So helpful, very friendly. Hotel was clean. Definitely stay again.

this is place is rundown. i do not advocate staying here

The room was reasonably clean and the staff very helpful.

Very good

I requested a quiet room and was given one that was amazingly quiet, even with a full hotel. The room was spacious and the pillows were wonderful.

Personal muy amable

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s a bit further from campus than others, a bit more reasonably priced, but they charged for parking which seemed unnecessary given they have a huge lot.

The front desk person was very helpful The breakfast was horrible. Waited forever

Location is good It would have been nice if they serve breakfast buffet

Stacy, I believe was her name, the manager who checked us in and gave us an upgrade, was wonderful.

The tone changed later. They avoided my calls. They later emailed me a report stating they would not reverse the charge and I could dispute it with my credit card but they would send my bank the same report. Lee the manager never answered my calls but was happy to send an email to again say they would not reverse the charge. Cooperate Marriott was not helpful either. This is such a scam. If the alarm was tripped the day before someone should physically come to the room at the time to inspect. They did not. There are several items- aerosols, steam from the shower, even a hair dryer that can trip these sensors. The charge is for cleaning and there is no report of any extra cleaning that had to be done after check out. Total scam.

There was no TV service and no one shared that until I called the desk

Maybe it was just me. But the charge for breakfast was a surprise to me. I hadn't seen anywhere that it showed breakfast that it said it was additional charge.

Very clean facility, very clean and spacious room. Maybe it was just me. But the charge for breakfast was a surprise to me. I hadn't seen anywhere that it showed breakfast that it said it was additional charge.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Besides the bad food and rude bartender at the hotel bar this place was amazing
