I enjoyed the cookies, the receptionist was always so pleasant. He was super helpful. So breakfast the first morning- guy was packing up 10mins before the time was up, he had all the berries on his trolley and when I asked him whats going on he said breakfast is over, I told him no, there is still time, he responded by saying "not serving anymore, its over " I thought we were going g to fight because I was not going to back off in that moment I realized he was being an stupid. The moment an older white guy walked in he stopped talking, and left with majority of the fruits, all the strawberries that he was to put out he took them back , we only had some pineapple and yogurt from the cold side. I was so put off by this person, because I paid for the service, If I didnt pay I would not have been staying there this was embarrassing because my boys were wondering whats the issue. Anyhow the other days we arrived earlier and for the rest of that morning the lady who served us coffee was polite and cheerful im happy she made us feel welcome. But I will never forget the encounter with that short, need looking young man who basically barred us from having our choice fruits and pastry that day.

Great location, amazing room and bathroom. Parking in front. Breakfast ok.

Clean room nicely appointed seems maybe recently renovated..great bed and bedding...bathroom shower...just felt comfortable...would stay again.

Spacious rooms, a clean bathroom, and an excellent breakfast. Everything was great!

Staff at this hotel are friendly. The breakfast is continental with a separate cook to order area. The crew cleaning the tables and making sure everything was stocked were fantastic. The evening reception 2 cocktails per person was nice. The bartender was friendly just know that once those 2 hours are over the bar closes. Make sure to tip your bartender and cooks.

Excellent place - very friendly and helpful staff; place was beautiful and room obviously well taken care of; amenities were excellent; bed was excellent; place was quiet. Will definitely stay there again as well as recommend to friends!!!

BREAKFAST MANY CHOICES MADE FRESH IN VIEW BALCONY IS SMALL BUT, WE DONT NORMALLY STAY IN ROOM

The rooms and the front desk staff were excellent. No complaints. Our only recommendation is that there be an on-site restaurant. The seafood restaurant associated with the hotel is a short walk away and that it not always convenient. Furthermore, the seafood restaurant doesn't accept cash...and that is unacceptable to us. Otherwise, all was very nice and we expect to stay there again.

The rooms were recently renovated and updated. Very nicely done and decorated.

This is an amazing place. Called the front desk while traveling to hotel to see if early check in was possible. Eric answered and arranged for early check in. He was everything you could want from the front desk employee. The physical building is beautiful, the room are lovely and look new, the grounds echo the beauty of South Florida.
