Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport by IHG

Exceptional

My only concern was O had to go to a different floor for ice.

Friendly staff

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff was helpful and friendly. My favorite thing is the endless coffee availability!! Nothing to dislike!

Great service and friendly people

So clean, quiet and close to airport! Second stay and would stay again

Superb

This one doesn’t deserve to be on Expedia.com due to terrible service I have experienced. John

Wonderful assistance, beautiful room and everything was so easy to access

Close to the airport, but still quiet. Newer hotel with comfortable beds!

The breakfast and staff Refreshing of our room was only done once which was not good at all

The hotel is clean, well maintained and nicely updated. The staff are amazingly welcoming, friendly and helpful and it is so close to the airport that I was able to walk to the terminal on safe sidewalks in about fifteen minutes. If you're going in and out of Boise airport this is the place to stay!

Overall a good place suit

Very hopeful staff, good breakfast and very clean rooms!

Nex was very kind, helpful and had excellent customer service skills. The hotel was very clean and orderly.

Rooms are clean. Staff is great. The breakfast was amazing and it was easy enough to find parking.

Hotel located in a very quiet area, rooms are clean and have all the amenities you woud expect from a Holidy Inn Express, staff ws welcoming and very helpful. We especially appreciate the service of a young man (sorry did not retain his name) who was on duty when we checked out on September 19, 2026. Thank you so much for keeping the apple watch we forgot in the room till we came back to pick it up. Would highly recommend, because besides the quality of the hotel, the staff will take good care of your belongings!

Close to I-84 A/C is little noisy, it rattled when it comes on

Front desk was very helpful and supportive. Lovely young lady, hope to see her again. I return again in 3 weeks. Hoping to get the same room 429. I only had the bed for a few hours, was in court, worked, had a very stressful situation. That bed and shower was everything too me.

Very good
