Room was spacious. Adequate parking but we were afraid for our vehicle! There was a mini van with smashed windows and police on site when we left in the morning! The entire property is ancient. Everything is stained, faded, half-working or broken. No ice machines on first few floors- probably just got tossed when they broke. But worst was the elevator. It made so much noise that you felt afraid to even get in it! Our room was near it and we could not sleep hardly at all due to the volume of noise it made every time it moved. By that time it was too late to try to change rooms so we left feeling exhausted. Front desk agreed that even her manager complained about it, but they still put people in those rooms! How is this possibly a 3 star hotel??!! It’s a tear-down. And your vehicle will probably get broken into outside. And they couldn’t issue any refund bc we used Booking. Wish I could go back and stay elsewhere!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful We couldn't buy anything in the bar the first night because the computer wasn't working and the pool was very cold

This hotel has seen better days and on the whole it hasn't been well maintained. Examples include difficulty getting keycards to work on the doors, stains on curtains, and innumerable lengths of tape patching the hallway carpeting.

Nothing in My booking My booking was fully paid in advance, and my family and I were scheduled to stay at the hotel from 19 September 2026 to 24 September 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the hotel was not in a condition that could reasonably be considered suitable accommodation. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. The carpets throughout the property appeared dirty, stained, and poorly maintained. The hallways and rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. The room itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned and was far below the standard that any guest should expect when booking through Booking.com. In addition, the air conditioning was in very poor condition and did not function adequately, making the room even more uncomfortable. The general appearance and presentation of the hotel were neglected, and the condition of the property gave the impression of a lack of proper maintenance and care. We were also disappointed by the overall appearance and professionalism of the staff, which did not provide confidence that guest concerns would be addressed appropriately. The hotel was so unpleasant and unsanitary that we felt unable to stay there. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the property and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and additional costs during our trip. The accommodation we encountered was completely inconsistent with the description, quality, and standards that were represented at the time of booking. We paid for accommodation that was not fit for us to occupy and were forced to secure another place to stay. For these reasons, I respectfully request a full refund of the amount paid for this reservation and ask that Booking.com investigate this matter.

The Bad Part there was NO HOT WATER this morning.... my sister washed up in the sink and I tought it out on taking a cold shower. UGH Always check for HOT WATER after checking in the room. Made a complaint at the front desk - was told Sorry, that was it nothing more. Will Not Stay Again

Continental breakfast was served. Facility needed cleaning, a bit outdated, had easy parking. Staff had good customer service. I travel with my dog and made us feel welcome. Water in the room was provided. The cost of the lodging was good.

Staff was Friendly. Hotel Room Yhermostat was disconnected and sitting on a side table. This Hotel is extremely outdated, and is in need od a remodel/renovation. Transient activity all around the Hotel and Parking Lot.

Everything was fine. I was only staying for one night. Was in and out no problem. nothing

Son loved the comfy bed says it was nice n clean and quiet. Tv wouldn't work and no hot water. And the fact we paid on booking and then when getting there had to pay another $50 for deposit, would have been nice to know before getting there.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot into. It smells awful and is so run down. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower and all over the bed. There was a pile of crumbs and dirt on the floor. The was covered with astroturf and it smelled like urine. There were stains all over the curtains and the whole room was in complete disrepair. We were on the second floor and once we got off the elevator we were hit in the face with the smell of urine and the carpet was mostly duct tape in the hallway. We didn’t even end up staying there. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for a refund since we left and they keep giving me the run around. I called this morning and was told by the lady at the front desk to call back in 10-15 minutes and she would get the manager up to the front desk. I called back and she told me to call back at 3- 3:30 because the manager was busy and had meetings. I called back at 3:10 to be told that the manager had left for the day. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself having to pay for 2 rooms and just avoid this place.
