SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle

Very comfortable and in a affordable price point. Staff was friendly and helpful. Used the laundry, which was very well maintained and reasonable cost.

Great location-very good breakfast with many choices- comfy beds . I would stay here again

it was all very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful

Will definitely be staying again.

Great room; wonderful staff; good breakfast.

Great trip for the family

Every thing was fine and convenient

Great place to stay. The convenience of having room and beds for 6 people was slightly offset by the doors having an opaque glass window that shed light into the open room, so it was difficult to use the restroom in the night without waking others. Also hard to watch tv since the tv is in the middle of the two areas. I would advise a different setup although at this point it’s likely a complicated change. Maybe swap out those glass doors and add an extra tv in the next remodel. Breakfast was great and the rooms are ample and clean.

No

We did not sleep all night due to curtains that let all light in. The entire room was lit up the entire night and noone slept! Very bad for $---!!

nice location bathroom was dirty and had long hair on tile floors

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good with several options. Pool was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that our room was never serviced during our 3 day stay. We ran out of bar soap and conditioner, which the front desk gave us, but it would have been nice to have the garbage removed and coffee maker items resupplied.

Nice place

Disappointing

This is an OLDER hotel probably converted… floors creak in EVERY hall and across the floor in our room. Toilet paper holder was AT LEAST 4 feet from the toilet.. weird. Dead fruit flies in tub. Beds were not comfy as in a normal one of these hotels. Needs a massive update in the rooms. Staff was great. Probably would choose a newer hotel next time we’re in Boise.

We had a great stay. The pool was clean. Breakfast was great. Etc.

The room was very clean! Check-in was very quick and we had a great stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable too

very clean and well maintained, convenient, highly recommended

Very good
