One half of my family is from Boone. Each year we all gather to have a family reunion. About five years ago, I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites because it was located on the northeast side of town which is close to our family's farms. Each year, I've always felt like I'm at my home away from home when I've stayed here. No matter if I'm traveling by myself or with my immediate family, I always feel safe, comfortable and cared for. This year my stay was punctuated by a special occurrence. The Desk Manager, Lisa Hollar, who would be checking me out, asked about my stay. During that brief conversation, the two of us discovered my family is long-time friends with hers. Lisa made me feel like I had just met another cousin I just hadn't met until that moment! That is how my stays at this Hampton Inn are each time...like I'm staying with family.

I had a good stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boone overall. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and free parking made everything simple. However, the fire alarm went off twice during the evening, which was unsettling. It put my friend off so much that she slept in her clothes in case she had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because of an emergency. Aside from that issue, the stay was fine.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was so kind and helpful, I appreciate how they always checked in with me about it it anything I may need. The hotel is squeaky clean inside and out. The landscaping is gorgeous and well thought out. The bed was so very comfortable, and provided me the rest I really needed. The location is excellent, it was easy to go anywhere from this hotel, so close to Grandfather Mountain, Tennessee and all the downtown Boone activities. I will stay there next time I visit Boone.

The room was quite spacious and wonderfully clean. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was nice to start the day! The manager even allow us the liberty of cutting a bloom off your hydrangea bush for my Mom since it was so pretty and she loved them. The price was a little high but we realize it was during peek season of summer and it is a nicer hotel with very nice amenities. I would stay there again though..

Very nice stay at the Boone , NC Hampton. Cali in housekeeping did nice job and the Viet Nam vet, maintenance worker named Len, did a great job.

The front desk staff was kind and patient and very helpful with resolving an issue. The morning hospitality workers in the breakfast area were very attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The staff was very welcoming, checking in constantly to see if we needed anything. Our room was immaculate and well stocked. Lastly, breakfast was great with hot coffee available all day. We would definitely stay here again when we head back to Boone.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean, quiet, nice pool and the staff were friendly . Excellent location. We had a king room with a balcony. It was a large room with a table/desk area that was convenient. Really large bathroom and shower. We loved this place and will stay there again for sure!
