Older motel. You get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

2nd floor room

The stay was pleasant. This is my 2nd stay. The only issue I had was when the housekeeping person came at 10:15 am knocking on the door … I informed her NO we were getting ready to leave … then she came back at 10:30 am knocked… AND THEN OPENED MY DOOR … I asked her… what time is check out .. she said 11:00am ……………… 🤔. I almost said something to management … but decided not to. I get you trying to leave earlier because of holiday weekend but I paid my money… so I’m going to check out at 11 am. This happened at the bossier city location 09/06/26

Nice, clean, and safe, but basic

Room 139 was stinky. Like mildew but also like cat pee. The armchair was scratched like a cat was there. The air conditioner stank, too.

Our stay at this facility was good. The room was nice. My complaint was the bed spread had stains on it. While I understand it is a hotel being a Quality Inn I didn’t expect to see stains on the bedding. The AC unit worked but I believe it may have been in need of some maintenance.

The hotel was right where I could walk some and drive some. Enjoyed the location.

Convenient clean and good location The 2 guys in the room next door were loud & obnoxious literally ALL night long so we got zero sleep. When we left Sunday morning at around 8 they were still up whooping and hollering

That it looked clean and safe The room smelled like dog urine and there was no remote for tv. I didn’t even stay second night

The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!

The stay was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They accomodated us with everything we needed. And the pool was a plus! It was clean and refreshing. I will be back and I do recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in this area.

The Area and Location, close to Food Options and Casinos ?

Property needs a little TLC, the only thing I could say is the young gentleman who checked us in tried really hard to make sure we were happy. Helped us get a room we needed for our four legged kiddo.

There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.

Helpful agent. Convenient breakfast.

Clean! Easy to get into and out of. Staff is remarkable.
