Superb

Past ten years, we’ve been frequenting his palace many, many times with our daughter, there are not even one concern in our mind that needs to address. Great place to stay.
-
Overall the hotel is okay. I have an issue with mold on the bathtub caulking. This is a standard maintenance issue which should be addressed by management. Always appreciate free parking.

Fresh, fun lobby, spacious & comfortable Junior Suite. The price was good. Taking off one star for uneven mattress & cleaning service every other day. Would be nice to have towel refresh each day. Pretty property though

Very clean and comfortable The location was tucked away through a parking lot. It was like a maze. I little confusing to find at first

Our stay was wonderful! We let the hotel know we were staying there on our wedding night and they left us a really sweet note as well as complimentary snacks and water.

Very well maintained as we were here many times in the past

We reserved a king room and were given two queens. The front desk said they weren’t able to move us to a king and were not willing to g to compensate us in any way.
-
Clean room but very noisy.
-
Kids above us were running during quite hours.

So clean, and restaurant staff were so kind. Only one elevator was working plus it was very slow! Couldn't find stairs nearby also. Shower curtain was a bit smelly.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. We were there two nights, three days. There was a lovely, diner we got breakfast at on our last morning. Very easily accessible to public transport to get to and from.
