The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was a little dated but overall, we enjoyed our clean room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very roomy. We had breakfast there every morning. The waffles tasted good. The pool was a nice place to relax. Being on the ground floor we had a gap under the door, which we didn't like. They should improve the breakfast menu a little.

The rooms facing the back have a very unappealing view, huge gates with stop signs which looks like a prison so ask for a poolside/ pond view. It might be the time of year in Florida, but my room had many “no see” ants on the counter. The room itself was clearly renovated recently, and the a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The room and premises were well kept, staff were helpful and friendly. Also we left a bag behind and they called us !!! So nice and honest!

I was pleased, the room was great the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing. Overall a great experience for the price. Worth it!

My experience was not so good! I was yelled at in front of everyone by front desk staff (older male) and demanded that I check out right now (at around 7:30am) because of an error/miscommunication with whom I booked the hotel through. Had they not referred me to that hotel, I would not have selected it!
