The resort has a great family atmosphere and is very friendly to families. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean an comfortable. The parking feel cramped, but we went in the off season, so it was fine.

The bed was super firm, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, proving fans was so helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Th facilities of the hotel were great, the pool and spa area especially. The location was also perfect, just a short stroll down to main street. The building was pretty dated but that didn't affect anything really.

This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.

More towels and bars of soap, shampoo. Only stayed with my sister but certainly not if 4 people were in a room.

The staff was great. It is definitely older but had great view. Seen a moose!! The toilet and fans were a bit funky and a little issue with water but staff very helpful!! Would stay again!

The location is great and having the pool and hot tubs is such a nice amenity to have. The place needs a serious update but for the price, location and amenities, it’s our go to spot to stay when I. Breckenridge.

The condo was very clean and nicely maintained overall. The biggest issue for me was that a portable a/c unit was set up with exhaust going out of the sliding balcony door. The condo was incredibly drafty, and I couldn’t pump up the heat enough to get warm during my stay. I think the cold air was coming from the crevices around the exhaust. Also, the exhaust set up prevented the sliding door from being able to be locked. The balcony isn’t far off the ground, and a few people were walking around in the area near it. I’m a single female, and the unlocked door made me uncomfortable. I also found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable.
