Upon arrival and check in, it was very odd that the front desk staff didn't know where our cabin was located. She seemed to think we should just figure it out ourselves. She also had to dig around in a drawer to locate the only, single key to the cabin. It was odd. After we located the cabin ourselves, we discovered the toilet was leaking all over the floor. We called and they sent a maintenance person who declared that the toilet was not leaking and not to flush the toilet too much!!!! It was INSANE. The toilet continued leaking and we just had to put towels down to block it. The towels were so small and cheap, so I had to use almost all of them. We paid $678 for 2 nights and had cheap tiny towels, cheap thin 1-ply toilet paper, tiny cheap shampoo and conditioner, unusable soap, and a leaking toilet. The view was amazing but that was NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We were very disappointed and will never be back.

The view was nice. If you stay there pay the extra for the view. It was near impossible to turn on the shower and when I called about it the person told me to pull harder on the handle. Eventually someone did come to the room to fix it. When I first checked in they gave me someone else's room, which was pretty embarrassing when I tried to open the door. It turns out the people in that room where about to change rooms because the TV wasn't working. When the person came over to sort out the rooms he asked if I wanted the room that someone else was already in. I said "no, I'd like a clean room with a working TV." He moved it to a clean room but wasn't sure if someone was in the room so needed to knock on the door to be sure. Luckily, no one came to the room once I was in it.

I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to a basement-style apartment - which WAS approximately 600 sq ft, but the door was wide open both to the unit, and out to the balcony. There was a huge infestation of spiders, all throughout the room, as well as the balcony. There were old q-tips on the floor from a previous guest, no soap in the bathroom or kitchenette, the walls had old toothpaste and grime on them. I wanted to enjoy the beautiful view but chose to stay inside because of the spiders that landed on my shoulder. All this does not even include the constant sounds from the apartment above, you can here everything the other tenants are doing, all night long. When I checked out, I let the front desk know, the girl was very dismissive and said she would "make a note." The convenience of the location to where I was visiting my family was great. The view, again, was spectacular, but I wouldn't choose that room option again.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Property right on the water. Good bar to eat at within walking distance and they gave out a 10$ gift certificate for it. Sink and bathtub in the bathroom was clogged and drained super slow.

the room was very comfy, view nice, beds great, staff helpful, breakfast full of good choices. wifi was good, location maybe as good as it gets for Bremerton a bit more art work on the walls, but I think that is happening

Hotel was very old and not renovated, the bathroom was dirty and old and there was a ceiling leak.
