Friendly staff The room wreaked of a mold smell.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. We really liked the king-size pillows. Breakfast was good! We were expecting to have a server take our breakfast vouchers and direct us to where to dish up our breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no one in the restaurant and we were left to figure out where to find our plates, utensils and the breakfast buffet. All in all we did enjoy our stay, but there is room for improvement.

The room was comfortable The first room seem like someone smoked. Had to change room, didn't like that if you wanted basic breakfast you had to pay.

Place was clean and employees went above and beyond. The only issue i had was with the facilities ice machines. The one on my floor and the floor below were not working.

I like the location and value I thought this was a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS with the free breakfast and cinnamon rolls and pancake maker. The breakfast was already dry at 8:00 am. The sausage and biscuits were hard. The hotel was dated and not like the Express.

Wasn’t to bad. I did have 6 people and the pillows and blankets were not in the room for the pullout couch. I had to go ask for them. They would not give me two extra pillows for the pullout couch, they said they didn’t have enough pillows. So one went without pillows for the night.

The carpet smelled a little but the room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We were minutes from cool springs mall as well. No major concerns

Very clean. The whole placed smelled so good! The bed was comfy and those pillows!! I slept very well!! Pool looked clean and well maintained. Outdoor patio was nice. My only "negative" comment would be my bathroom had some weird black marks on the tub, looked like some peeling of the tub coating? Wasnt able to try out the bar and restaurant. Overall a great place to stay.

The location was good and the beds were comfy. It could use some updating. The air conditioner and toilet was super loud. There were stains on the walls and the bathroom was dark with little light and fixtures were broken and not repaired well.
