Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brooklyn Park - Brooklyn Center, MN

Room was clean. Housekeeping woman was very nice and helpful. We needed to ask for some shower soap, shampoo and conditioner that were not in the room when we checked in.

The staff was remarkable. The carpet in the room was not appealing. The drains, including the toilet was slow. Overall, reasonably priced considering other rates in the area.

Breakfast was delicious and staff was super friendly! I will stay here again.

Workers were very nice and helpful. However, the place was not very clean. You can see stains, it smells, and there are body hairs on bedsheets. A lot of random people hanging out in the lobby at night and passing out.

The room was so dirty! You do not want to take your clothes off when you sleep there. Definitely do not walk barefoot. I had a two-night stay and was told that they make the bed and clean the trash cans only every other day. Also, the plumbing does not work well and the toilet might very well overflow. However, they fixed it while I was at dinner (somewhere else). My room did not have a blow dryer and when I requested one, I was given a used one (whihc is fine), but it was very dirty. The walls are thin and you can hear the water rushing as if someone is taking a shower next to your bed. If you want peace, quiet, hygiene and relaxation - go somewhere else.

Just what you would expect from a Country Inn and Suiters, Clean, quiet rooms, plenty of parking, standard breakfast.

Staff was nice, good location, the lasy in the front office gave us a different room immediately. After we got into the room, looked around and under the 2 beds was pizza box hair spray used paper plates and other garbage! Nasty

Superb

Very good

Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean. There was a little bit of mold looking stuff on the shampoo and conditioner.

Pleasant

It's was clan and welcoming

We have stayed here many times but the experieince this past weekend has me second guessing future stays. Hotel was evacuated due to fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. Night staff was very rude.

Exceptional

Floor was not vacuumed before our arrival and the light in our bathroom was strange and kept flickering. The pool and hot tub were both open but there was a lot of orange scum on the sides of each.

Everyone was really kind. Quiet Hotel.

Typical, very large motel room, glad we were given a room near the elevator, close parking, very clean

It was nice but there were little repairs that need to be taken care of.

The Hotel was right next door to an event center I went to. Perfect for my trip.
