Minneapolis Marriott Northwest Hotel & Conference Center

Slow services and not getting your refund on time.

The breakfast was good and good customer service. The only thing I had an issue was it’s not really a wheelchair accessible entrance in the front door or the side door. It would be nice to have a ramp on the side door for wheelchair.

This hotel was very nice and clean and the crew on duty was top tier

Nice hotel stay. Staff was very helpful.

I did not like the fact that the staff rearranged my items in the bathroom other than that it was nice.

Expensive to eat there. Breakfast should be complimentary.

Exceptional

This place is gorgeous! Room was huge and very clean. The staff was awesome! The bar had great food!

Clean and would definitely recommend.

We had a very nice spacious and clean room. Very quiet which we liked. Breakfast was very good. Alot of variety to choose from and always plentiful. Staff was awesome. Very friendly and always helpful. It is easy on easy off to the interstate. We enjoyed our mini stay-cation at the Mariott NW.....we definitely would stay here again!

Staff were great

It was a nice stay. The staff that checked us in was gantastic

Room was very nice, spacious, clean. The location was very conveniently located and easy to access from the airport as well as family that we were visiting. The elevators took a very long time, even when the hotel wasn't busy. There were also large groups of children's sports teams staying there with family and it was very noisy and children were running all around the facility. More the fault of the parents than the hotel but still not relaxing.

Exceptional

It was very quite & bar downstairs Don’t think I go my deposit back

Ridiculously long line for check-in. There was a manager there, but she didn’t do anything to help other customers. Had a good night sleep there. The rooms are very nice because there’s a room separating the hallway from the bedroom.
