The lady who checked us in was great. The lady who checked us out was so so, she was more interested in helping prepare the breakfast than checking us out. The only other issue I had was the smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag over it. Not sure of the purpose

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean but smelled very very musty and damp, it was off putting. It is evident the property is older and heavily utilized but overall it was a comfortable stay for one night.

Staff were amazing! Breakfast was great! Room was clean but definitely needing updating. No vent in bathroom so paint peeling on shelves. Pool was cloudy. Beds were decent. AC worked great! Overall not a bad place but not a 5 star.

The location was great with several restaurants and Walmart right by. It felt safe. We got there two hours after check in time and the room wasn’t cleaned or ready. When it was “clean” they gave us our room key and we went to the room & it was dirty. Someone had left several sets of eye contacts and they were stuck to the table. Hair all over the bed. Handprints on the mirrors. We complained and got moved to another room, dirty again. Ziploc bags on the bathroom counter & on the bathroom shelf with what looked like toothpaste or lotion residue. One towel. Oh and the pool that’s advertised isn’t open. It’s dark green and loaded with chemicals cause “it just keeps turning dark green and we dumped a bunch of chemicals in it to try to fix it but it just doesn’t work. So it’s closed.” -front desk attendant. Stayed here once before earlier in the year and it was nice. Will never come again.

The water in the shower took over an hour to drain! When will this be repaired? It has occurred several times. The desk attendant doesn’t seem to care

Checking in to the hotel, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Bedroom was very clean and pristine. The bed was maybe a 7/10 as far as comfort goes - super comfy if you’re exhausted, but our backs were a little sore in the morning. Water pressure was great, breakfast was good, no complaints!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in this year. Everything was clean and the pool was nice. Staff was nice and very helpful. Would stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us because it was an easy on and off just off the freeway and we were continuing our road trip. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative thing was the room we were in had a black out curtain that would only cover half the window and allowing the outside lighting in while we were trying to sleep.

We will definitely return. Our stay was great.
