DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park

Room was clean, great proximity to restaurants and stores, staff were very polite!

Rooms were decently kept up.. floor seemed little dirty but nothing crazy.. reason for poor rating is shuttle to knotts berry farm never came back to pick us up and had us without a ride back, very inconvenient.

Pool area was a big hit for our Family stay !

Nice place to stay.

Great location. Property and rooms were clean. Free parking!!! Would recommend.

We would recommend Double Tree.We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean, the staff was welcoming, restaurant attached. Pool and gym. Private patio available. My girls loved it! They're ready to go back!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

room is spacious. beds are comfortable. hotel is nice with free parking and price is very reasonable. they also give out the best cookies for guests. I would come back and recommend this hotel. only negative is the water in the shower is very slow and hard to turn the knob totally to close out the water. called for service to fix it but it still won't close all the way after the next day. can see the walls have wear and tear in the bathroom.

Convenience to event center Expensive in comparison to other properties in the same vicinity

Nice room. Well kept.

Hotel was fine but our room facing the freeway was extreme loud.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Exceptional convenience and location. Property and rooms are very well maintained. All around best value for all that you get with your stay. No complaints

Room was clean and staff helpful

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient shuttle to Disneyland. We always stay here whenever we are visiting the area.

Cleanliness and large room The other elevator was slow and the elevator light direction was not working

Nice location and great clean hotel. Staff was not helpful at times, forgot to bring towels and other needs weren’t tended too but overall a amazing place and highly recommend
