Home2 Suites by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

Front desk staff was super welcoming and accommodating, cleaning staff was so helpful and nice. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The gym even had a peloton! Breakfast spread and staff were great. Thank you!!

Staff helpful and friendly.Very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Close to restaurants and stores. The bed was very uncomfortable (Hard). Pillows were useless. Only downfall to our trip, unfortunatly its an important part. A coffee maker that uses pods in room would be nice too.

Near to airport and had free shuttle service

It’s was very nice place and very nice staff, but very expensive from the app.

Clean rooms but it’s 25 miles away from the Niagara Falls

The property and room appeared clean but my room smelled and there were stains on the bedroom carpet. The bed was hard and the walls were thin. Whoever was over me walked like an elephant

Very good

Good place

Great stay with plenty of space for two teenagers and 2 adults in a one bedroom room.

Superb

Everything was excellent

Staff was nice pool fitness center were also. The pillows and beds were below average

Great property and staff were fantastic

Best “free” breakfast!

I am not going to say much - but we will go back for sure!!

The equipment in the fitness room is not adequately maintained, with some pieces of equipment broken for weeks on end. This is unfortunate and needs to be remedied.

But the mattress and the sofa bed mattress need to be changed. They are not comfortable and after a long drive a comfortable bed is very needed for a good quality rest.

Great experience.
