I’ve been a repeat customer of this establishment for years. Every time I come into town, I’ve made a point of staying here. Clearly, I was under the impression that being a loyal, paying customer meant something. Apparently, I was mistaken. I booked and paid for my room through Expedia, where the reservation was advertised as having all fees included. Then I arrived and was greeted with the delightful surprise that I needed to provide an additional $100 deposit. When I questioned it, the front-desk employee somehow turned checking into a hotel into a negotiation. After going back and forth, he graciously lowered the deposit to $50. How generous. Nothing says “welcome back, valued customer” quite like asking someone who has already paid for their room to hand over another $50 and then telling them they can expect their money back in 5–7 business days. In today’s economy, $50 is not pocket change. That’s gas money. That’s groceries. That’s money I could actually use instead of letting a hotel hold it for a week. But the deposit wasn’t even the most disappointing part…The attitude was. The front desk employee was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. His demeanor made it seem as though I had personally inconvenienced him by showing up to stay at a hotel where I was, in fact, a paying guest.

The male manager is openly hostile to guests. He yells at people, he's insulting and he makes threats. His moods are very volatile and it is difficult to determine what might set him off. He shouldn't be working in hospitality at all.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants .

Nice location

room was not cleaned because we didn't let them in to clean it at 10 am

Very poorly ran very cheap no coffee cups no stirs and no creamers. They lock up everything exactly at the time for breakfast when it’s close to close did not clean our room for one night because we left the hotel room a little bit later than expected never again. The establishment seemed very, very cheap refusing to give an extra pillow for a room not cleaning our room one night, no coffee cups no cream creamers for the coffee in the morning. The breakfast was atrocious. Didn’t have anything very limited very rude never again.

Wen we came back to the room from a long day of being outside the ac was turned up to 80 so it was very hot and uncomfortable

Our reservation was for six people, and we were left three towels. I asked his first night if we could have three more towels we had six people we were advised that the closet was locked. They would have to wait till the morning. The next day we again asked for towels, and we brought three again. We still had six people. The floor was so dirty that the kids walked across the floor barefooted and their feet were black. They made up our room. I should say they made up one of the beds of the three beds in our room. The other two were left unmade. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone stay and it’s a shame that you label it as a Wyndham property. It sure didn’t seem like one I’ve stayed at their properties.
