Best Western Plus Burlington

We were not particularly welcomed by the front desk. I wish the person there had explained to me that breakfast is included when I checked in. When I was leaving in the morning I could smell the breakfast and asked if it was included and the woman at the desk said to me yes but it’s only open till 10 - and it was 1005. We could hear the TV from the next room because it was against the wall of our room. There is an outdoor pool, but it is not heated. I would only stay here again if there was no other reasonable option. By the way, if there are events at the local colleges, this hotel can be expensive even though it is mediocre - so check ahead!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the parking is always available. The breakfast is not great, but is complimentary.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Especially the inner Courtyard and breakfast buffet

Location and price. Breakfast very nice The bathroom was very tiny . No bath products provided. No safety bars in the tub/shower. The property needs an update.

I chose this hotel because it is our comfort zone! Can get anything and anywhere

I was not allowed to check in the hotel as I had dog and this hotel is supposed to be.a pet friendly, the reason that they gave me is that there are no pet friendly rooms available at that moment. Beware before booking at this hotel especially if you have a pet, I had to request cancellation when I reached the hotel and book a new one, I had booked pet friendly hotels in the past never had any issue like this.

The staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfy.

love the courtyard our room needed maintenance. door did open or close properly. lock just went into a hole not a jam.

pool is large could use some cosmetic updates but very fun to use along with patio. Rooms where clean but definitely needs newer mattresses old spring ones are rough if you have back issues..Good for group stays would stay again

Comfortable bed, easy to get around, very nice pool and lounge area. Friendly, helpful staff. Freeway noise.

The decor. The ambience.The attitudes. The on-site restaurant. My favorite stop in a long time. Not coming back from my trip the same way so I could stay again.

Check in was wonderful, Rebeka was charming and understanding of my difficult day, Check out, The two ladies had a bit of personality deficiency when dealing with customers. Couldn't get me out me out of there fast enough. However, they greeted another checkout customer, as a long lost (regular) relative. Proves they are capable of smiles. The bed, Somewhat aged. Kept rolling to telephone side. Probably could use a new mattress or at the bare minimum have someone adjust it to where it resembles level. The restaurant, No problems there...food is awesome ...service impeccable. Just really wished they served breakfast.

Would not let us stay after we had a reservation for over a week, because we lived within 50 miles of the hotel.

It's super close to restaurants. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in town.

Pool and courtyard are beautiful! Breakfast bar was great, plenty of everything! Room really nice and right off of the pool. Will definitely be back!
