The breakfast was fine with several meat and egg options as well as different yogurts. There was a pancake machine and several different cereals. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. I liked that there was always coffee and tea. No luggage rack, towels were small and thin, none of the USB ports worked.

Quiet, clean, spacious, helpful staff, and even a surprising washer/dryer for $2 on the floor for guests to use; a variety of breakfast choices. Freshly brewed coffee machine available all day in the lobby. Overall, our Labor Day weekend stay was pleasant and relaxing.

My room was very clean and spacious. 1st floor room was a bit noisy. The blow dryer was sticky and felt pretty gross. I did mention this to front desk staff, so hopefully they will be cleaning those in a more regular basis. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast and lived that freshly brewed coffee is available at all times in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Very convenient location on main highway and a short drive to downtown Cambridge.

Unfortunately the expedia website said the property had a restaurant and jacuzzi. The hotel had neither. They had a wonderful breakfast, and the hotel was clean and inviting.

I thought it was strange that at checkin I was told the room wouldn't be cleaned , no housekeeping while we were there. Would have to request extra towels. Garbage left in room for 2 days Must be Holiday Inn policy because I saw staff cleaning empty guest rooms.

Staff was excellent. The lady who prepared breakfast went out of her way to accommodate my husband's dietary needs, unable to eat food with dairy.
