They are in a run down property. They served crap food. Lodgers were loud and keep me up every night. I won’t stay there again.

Proximity to the Michigan stadium 30 minutes Out dated, stains everywhere in the room, smelled like mildew.

Sheets had dried blood on them. The front of the building had trash all over parking lot.

The room was okay for a one-night stay. There is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room, which was a pleasant surprise, as a lot of rooms no longer have a microwave. The hotel is very dated and in need of repair. This is a franchise location, and repair work was underway (drywall, paint, etc.), but some ceiling tiles are missing, exposing plumbing/pipes. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The rating is defaulting to 5.0, but I'd give it a 2.5

Need lots of upkeep on the hotel. Room was clean but overall it looks old and shabby.

Pleasant

This is the third 20+ day stay and I will stay again next year, The staff are wonderful people as well as the management. This stay as the last 2 was a very satisfying time. and I have only very good thoughts with my entire stay. I liked everything except I do not get up early enough to get my coffee.

It’s a great location off of the highway and close to fast food. I really appreciated the affordable price. The bed and pillows were comfy. I wish there were a couple of more options for breakfast other than waffles and cereal/breads, but maybe I didn’t get there in time if there was other hot food. Also, it would have helpful if the dark curtains could close the whole way so the bright lights aren’t distracting at night, but I know that that is the kind of curtains a lot of hotels have.

The location was perfect, right off I-275. The building was currently being renovated. The contractors crowded the carport with their material so it was impossible to drive through to unload & reload under a covered carport. The room was clean, however; there was a very strong odor. It took me several hours to identify the masked odor -- urine. The entire room was filled with the smell of urine. I believe that it was coming from the radiator. The amenities were exactly as described in the advertisement. The staff even included boiled eggs to the basic breakfast. Very nice touch. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful. Other than the smell of our particular room, I would recommend staying here.

Customer service was excellent. I had a meeting that got rescheduled past my checkout time, and they allowe5me to stay without charging me extra. Their willingness to help us worth applauding.

Dirty, a strong nasty smell, the surroundings are not safe. The room is not cleaned even once for four days. Cleaning is said to be a user's request.

Location was fine. Didn’t eat breakfast Not very clean. Lots of wear and tear. Needs to be renovated really bad.

Everything had a layer of dirt on it. There was very little for breakfast. The room was clean though.
