The room had a smelly oder I had to go buy Lysol the bathroom shower and sink were dirty as usual the elevator was broken why do we stay here
-
Love it 10/10 would come back again for sure

There were TONS of ants in our bed when we woke up! We moved the mattress and there was old food stuck on the wall that they were feasting on! There were old dirty socks underneath the couch. The sheets were stained - however, now I wonder if they were even clean, given the other issues; the rooms are obviously not cleaned properly. The ice machine didn’t work. Very unhappy with this stay and will be seeking a refund.

The room was extremely dirty and there was a pee stain on the comforter.

We were concerned at times that we were going to get stuck in the elevator because it kept opening and closing on its own. The breakfast was a little lacking. Are the most part to the staff was very nice, there was one guy with light hair that did not seem thrilled with his job. Overall for the price it was good.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice room. My bathroom sink had toothpaste and hair in it upon arriving

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, room was nice and clean, close to caverns, safe area and had great views.
-
Great price and comfortable stay, but the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner! All in all would go back.
-
Great place staff are always willing to help!
-
Good location for access to both town and the Cavern.

The elevator was broken

Great room

The day was ok. The property is somewhat out dated. Hotel staff needs to check food they have for breakfast. The bread had mold. Other than that it was an ok stay.
-
My bedroom/bathroom smelt like piss and the bedroom a/c did work. Seemed like could be a nice place. Another elevator close by. No breakfast. For engine/// I have gotten basically a close by elevator some for last few weeks except at Comfort in Carlsbad and I think because they have gotten to know me.
-
Do to the no refund policy even if you put in wrong date and try to fix right away I will not stay at another one
