We arrived at the property at around 2:40 AM due to an unexpected emergency, heavy traffic, and a delayed flight. Unfortunately, we were unable to call ahead because both of our phones had very low battery. When we arrived, the front desk staff did not provide any consideration or assistance despite the circumstances being beyond our control. We understand that there may be check-in policies, but given that this was an emergency and we had already paid for the accommodation, we were hoping for at least some reasonable consideration. We paid for a stay that we were ultimately unable to use, and the amount is not something that is easy for us to simply lose. We sincerely hope you can review the circumstances and consider issuing a full refund. We would greatly appreciate your understanding and prompt assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.

The decor leans "true crime documentary": blood stains artfully splattered around the room, plus mysterious scratches across the floor that we chose not to investigate too closely. Honestly, we didn't book a stay, we survived one. Five stars for the adrenaline, zero for the sleep and the whole in the bathroom door.

This feedback is recorded for my stay for two days and for the room that was allocated to me. The microwave was broken and it didn't work either. The bathroom lock was broken as well. The maximum internet speed that is available upon a 'dedicated purchase' is only 10 Mbps which is not at all sufficient in the digital era. Internet is outsourced and any issues we need to call the internet vendor support ourselves to resolve connectivity issues. No kitchen utensils available either. The room was condensing big time and the hard wood floor was always wet giving an uncomfortable feeling of falling down. No smart TV only regular cable TV. No maintenance support available after hours for any emergency needs. There appears severe cost cutting on the maintenance & appliances, wherever they could. However the overall building is well maintained and clean.

The two days we interacted with the front desk staff, they were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When we first arrived, our original room had no toilet paper, some broken fixtures, and the door would not locked. The staff was kind enough to relocate us to a different room, which we appreciated. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the expressway. It was about a one-hour drive into the city. Cons: This is more of a long-term-stay type of hotel, so the majority of guests appear to be residents rather than short-term travelers. That comes with some disadvantages if you’re looking for a typical hotel experience. 1. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our four-day stay. We had to take our own garbage out, and there was no breakfast, room service, or other typical hotel amenities. 2. At times, there was loud music coming from other rooms. Since the front desk is not staffed after 9 p.m., it can be difficult to address noise issues or ensure that quiet hours are being followed. 3. Our room had a musty, humid smell. Although the air conditioning was working, the room still felt humid. 4. At times during the night, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Some residents would sit in their cars with loud music while smoking, which gave the property an uneasy and somewhat unsafe feeling. Overalls, if you simply need an inexpensive place to sleep yes. If you’re more sensitive to noise, atmosphere, or feeling secure, ❌

Clean room Bree the Manager was awesome.. the other staff i felt like i was bothering them. Other then that it was nice

Mostly clean, pretty good on sound reduction. Close by to local shops. Staff had me checked in early. Ants in the bed, like a good amount. The bathroom light stayed on for 30 seconds and then turned off. Motion sensors nonsense.

Plenty of parking. Guests need to know to bring their own toiletries. There were no soaps or shampoo.

Place nice and clean, staff very friendly, but the only coffee machine at the hotel was broke, and no water to drink as courtesy, the blinds didn’t close properly so the sun was always on my face. And hair dryer as well.

The first room had an unpleasant odor, so I requested assistance from the reception staff. They eventually switched me to another room, which I appreciated, but it took a couple of hours to arrange the new room.
