The rooms are a little dated & we were there for a wedding & for a lot of people the air conditioning was not working in the rooms .. But our room was spacious & had fridge .. There are several eating option but times are limited to each one but was great! The staff was was absolutely amazing !!!

Dinner not so good. We ordered Roast Beef, medium and medium rare. It was obvious the roast wasn’t a recent event as the underside was well done and the top side was approximate to our order. Obviously both pieces were reheated. Guess it worth asking when the roast took place. Day of the order or some time in the past

It’s a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was quite good too. The bar closed a bit early for a Friday night, but it’s not ski season so that’s understandable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, particularly the fellow that checked us in and the other fellow who helped me figure out the hot water machine in the lobby. The outdoor hot tub also closed a bit early for me but perhaps that’s a noise thing to keep things quiet after a certain hour which is also understandable although the fellow at the desk did keep it open a bit later for us which was nice. I plan to return during the ski season (the ski lifts are very close to the hotel entrance which is awesome). I would say if you are wondering whether it’s a great place to stay, I would simply say: Yes it is!

Staff was excellent. We were here for a wedding and the front desk, restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean, housekeeping did a good job. Furniture could use a bit of an update in the rooms, just a minor detail.

Here visiting for a wedding, staff was excellent friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

One thing is that the water came out from the shower the light -brown color, when I turned it on. The brown- color water will come out for a few second. Then it will become clear color This happened for again and again untill the fourth day. Thecl rest of the stay. I had no such issue.

Overall, the hotel is a nice experience. Amazing, hot tub however it closes too early.

Quiet and relaxing in the summer. Easy access to great hikes!

The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers' Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday.

The hotel is the nicest lodging in the area. It is a beautiful setting with great views of the Bigelow Mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the beds were too firm for my liking. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Spacious room with a small refrigerator, microwave and Kuerig. Property was clean and staff was very friendly. We ate at the Bag & Kettle for supper and D'Ellies for breakfast. A little pricey but the food was really good.

The pool was very good, at the breakfast place the food was excellent. Sadly the chairlift did not work when we were there... The hotel area was quiet what we really enjoyed! The Canadian flag was in bad shape...

Our stay was very nice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our room was very clean.

The view was stupendous. The hiking awesome. Great dinner. Loved the hot tub.
