Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Carrollton

Convenient location, Walmart near some restaurants options, hotel restaurant is good.

Overall the service and property are 4 stars.

Nothing else

The check in process was a little more protracted because they're switching to a cloud based system from their original system so there were a couple of glitches but the staff was nice. Housekeeping was wonderful the room was clean and quiet.

I was surprised paying for the breakfast. Some of your counterparts don't charge for breakfast. Paying for the breakfast.

Very clean. Easy to get around. Connor the front desk guy was funny. I'll go back, bring your bathing suit and work out clothes.

Super clean environment

Very nice stay! Clean and spacious suite I will definitely book again !

We were only there for one night. The room was spacious and clean. We were able to take advantage of the pool, the bar, and breakfast the next day. Would certainly return again.

There was a large gap or space under the entry door to my room. It may have been built that way, but gap was wide.

Exceptional

Excellent There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was phenomenal. The staff was absolutely amazing. I hate that I didn’t get her name but the young lady that checked us in provided over the top, excellent customer service and should be commended. She was so sweet, she guided us on everything, she explained all the amenities, told us about the Bistro, local sites and everything

Everything clean and welcoming staff.

Henry at the front desk was top tier

Everything was fantastic, clean room comfy bed, good service, good parking and great location. Would benefit from continental breakfast.

The property was very easy to get to, staff was super nice and my room incredibly comfortable. I will definitely choose this as my next stay. Not applicable
