Excellent stay. The AGM, Miss Williams was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

The property was clean and close to the ballfield. I loved that we could see some of the games from our room.

Beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly. Great location for the Lakepoint Complex. We would highly recommend.
-
New hotel, good amenities Location is good for the baseball/soccer tournament, but far from everything else.

The restaurant was equally disappointing. The food was terrible, especially considering the high prices. To make matters worse, the tables and chairs were dirty, and bugs were everywhere because the doors were left open. The biggest issue, however, was the excessive noise. The hotel hosts live music on weekends until 12:30 a.m., and our room was directly below the venue. We got virtually no sleep. I called the front desk several times, only to be told, “Sorry, it ends at 12:30.” The music continued until nearly 1:00 a.m., and after that we had to listen to chairs being dragged across the floor until around 2:00 a.m. Had we known this in advance, we never would have booked this hotel. Spending nearly $500 for one night of pure frustration, noise, and lack of sleep was unacceptable. We left exhausted and extremely disappointed. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing hotel experience.
