Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh/Cary

Amazing staff and amazing stay

Exceptional

Condition of the hotel was in need repairs Roll in shower floor tile grout needed cleaning and entry door did not close properly

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Room was great and clean. Will definitely stay again !!

A very nice quiet hotel, my kids loved the pool and breakfast

I loved the pool patio area and breakfast was very good. This property is tucked back off the road and is very quiet and private.

Superb

Breakfast

Could use some more breakfast options. They were limited. While the room was nice, the bathroom did not meet standard. It was old and you could tell it was. The toilet handle wiggled whenever you flushed it. The bathroom was also quite small. The pool became a little dangerous to use as they were hosting a family reunion that was quite rowdy. It was not safe for kids at that time. Compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed at and it has been quite a bit, I can’t say I would go back. This is on my list of “Do not book”. Maybe in the future if they do some upgrades but as of right now, I will not be returning to the hotel.

No ice machine on floor. Breakfast was limited and cold.

Very nice room, would book again!

The rooms were nice an comfortable good pressure in the shower The breakfast wasn't good but everything else was good wish the pool was open

The breakfast wasn't good but everything else was good wish the pool was open

I did request an early check in, which they did not accommodate, but other than that our stay was decent I will say that other people staying at this property were extended loud well after 2am, so that made it difficult to sleep.

Very good

Great location, lobby was very nice.

The property has the feel of a resort. It’s set back in a wooded area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating & the manager was friendly. We felt the breakfast was excellent. The eggs were freshly scrambled. They even served fresh blueberries and raspberries for the yogurt/oatmeal bar. We also appreciated the complimentary dinner on Wednesday evening. The pool area was great and there was an outdoor fire place for cool evenings.
