Very quiet property and super chill

Booked the weekend, upon my arrival at 10 pm they tell me they over booked and I no longer had a reservation for the weekend so I had to look up and book at a different hotel last min

will def go back and have a few drinks in the pool. careful with the pool stairs though, they are slippery. I may get this property in trouble soon.

The airconditioning was terrible and the sinks kept overflowing when I washed my hands. I told the staff of both issues and were dismissed as it was an every day thing.The front desk staff who answer the phone when reporting the overflow of the sinks said "Yea, it does that, just wait a little bit and it will go away" When I mentioned the issue with the AC, she said "Its because of the rain and many rooms are dealing with that, there is nothing we can do, but I can send a technician to check it" When they sent the technician up to the room to check the AC, his solutions was to bring a box fan. For a double tree to send a box fan, it is insulting.

The DJ at the pool was awesome

The balcony to enjoy the mountains and the golf course overlooking the pool, I enjoyed my stay there not to mention the nice warm chocolate chip cookies they give you a check-in

We recommend and would definatley stay again and again. The room was lovely, we upgraded to a fire pit room and although was very hot through the day we got to use it at night and early morning. The pool team are fabulous and keep the area spotless. The music is always on when the pool is open for the atmosphere to be just right and if you hang around long enough you can watch the wildlife, golfers and the planes landing/take off at Palm Springs International. The gym was well equipped and spacious. Water is provided with your assortment fee along with bike rental (although the days were too hot for bike rides for us). Over the road is a Starbucks, grocery store CVS, and other restaurant options. My only criticism would be the changing rules and prices for drinks at the bar and during happy hour, the same order cost 4 different amounts and when queried was told over and over again it is correct. I think managment may wish to start checking some orders??

Staff and amenities were nice. The downside to this property is the outdated interior. My biggest disappointment was I was transferred to a new room at 11:00 p.m. and the new rooms are also didn't work. They had to loan me a fan to help keep the room cool. It's made for an uncomfortable evening. How can you have a hotel in the middle of the desert if it doesn't have proper working air conditioning?

The air conditioner went out and it was 108 degrees outside .. I had to go buy fans just to cool off a little .. my entire stay was an inconvenience and my room was hot with no AC it was an inconvenience.
