I loved having the liquid soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion in dispensers so there is no pieces of soap everywhere. Over all it was fairly clean for an overnight stay.

Staff are the best going out of there way to make your stay a positive experience

Upon check in there were roaches in the kitchen. The clerk gave us a different room but not the same type. We had to wait until the next morning to see if they had the same room type available. We were transferred to another room that was cleaner than the first one. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and we put in 2 maintenence request but they never came. We were there for 6 days and received clean towels, trash emptied and bed made 1 day before check out, after requesting service days before hand. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

I have had multiple stays at this property the Staff, are great rooms and great location

The room had a strong musty smell, we had to sleep with the window open in the middle of the summer heat. Some of the appliances in the kitchenette had severe rusted metal, and bathroom furniture had severe water damage. They do not offer housekeeping for a 3-night stay. You have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. Coffeemaker at tye lobby was out of coffeemaker beans.

It was a very clean hotel. Price was reasonable. Front desk attendant (lady) was very helpful.

Place was filthy and employees didn't have any knowledge at to what and why the place was under construction. Rooms were discussing and felt like if we stayed we end up with some disease. We left and stayed at a different hotel.

Amazing staff. Building was a bit old and you can tell with some areas but it was very well cleaned and maintained.

The sheets had stains so we had to move to another room. The front desk staff member was fantastic and found us a new room.

It was a clean and nice hotel.

I didn’t use the kitchen so I couldn’t tell you how it was. The room had an old damp smell to it, and found dirty used q tips in the window. I don’t think I would ever go back. Upon arriving staff was great. The area was quiet but the room was not what it was in pictures and needs more cleaning.

I like because it’s close to Temple and I don’t like the cleanliness

The room I stayed has bugs and roaches. The room was clean upon request. The staff claimed that cleaning is done once a week. I had to ask to have the garbage taken out and for clean towels. There were dry blood stains on the bathroom cabinet. The rug in the room was very filthy. Very disappointed with this hotel.

The room was decently clean. The carpet could use a good shampoo. The staff was not very polite, I’m not sure what happened to their polite staff. Sal & Sabrina, used to work at this hotel and they are phenomenal. I would say if they are working you’re going to be in terrific hands if not, it’s like playing Russian Roulette. The kitchen in the rooms are well stocked and the air conditioning works, but the heat doesn’t. It’s in a great location but honestly if you can afford to, I’d recommend staying at some of the hotels not far from this one. Better treatment and better amenities.

The property is a long term hotel where they don't do daily housekeeping. You have to tell the front lobby what are your needs. So they'll send someone to do it. Air conditioner was great. Laundry is self service and free, a big plus. But, only two washing machines. Five or six dryers, half of them out of service. Don't know for how long. There's was no bathroom available in the lobby. I was told it was under renovation. Our room was spacious along with the bathroom. The bathroom was handicapped accessible along with the bath tub. The hotel located in Cedar Park. It's heavily commercially with shops, restsurants, gas stations. Always was able to park the rental after arriving late in the evenings. The staff was courteous and always available to answer any questions. I still will rate it Fair because of the no daily housekeeping.
