Staff and room were excellent. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Everything is good. But washer and dryer not good.

Good place to stay

They were out of the King bedrooms that I booked, but they gave me a Queen bed suite room instead. The shower was not fully cleaned, but it did not hinder my stay.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms are nice other than beds. Beds were not comfortable.

This was a nice place to stay. Great set up, felt like a mini home away from home. The place was pretty clean and well taken care of and the staff was super friendly. Great amenities on site as well.

The halls smelled so bad, I think it may have been someone staying in the hotel but it smelled on multiple floors. The breakfast was not very good either.

That when you book, it says there is "free shuttle service". Super misleading. Because I booked thinking there was a shuttle to go to the airport. That is the only reason I needed to stay there. When I got there and asked about the shuttle, the employed looked at me like I had three heads. And said "we dont have shuttles to the airport, it is too far". When I told him that is what the booking page said, he responded "oh, maybe for just around here". Around there? Super misleading and simply a lie to put in the booking page, under -hotel facilities- that there is free shuttle service.

Location is convenient. The bed has lost its firmness. You just sink into it and it's hard to get out of. Breakfast area was a mess at 9.20 am when we went down there. Nothing was stocked and no coffee! And there weren't any other people there so to me that's not right. I mean ALL the counters were messy! Not impressed at all.

"Amy" is amazing! From the time I arrived she truly made me feel that as a guest you matter here! She checks in with you to make sure your stay is going good, she is knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful and goes beyond! The Hotel was inviting, clean and had a great down to earth feel like Home Away from Home!

Great location friendly staff convenient to get to all of the shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive.
