Staybridge Suites Denver Tech Center by IHG

The stay here at Staybridge has been the best. The staff, so helpful and friendly, Environmen is so comfortable,t, and food has been excellent. No problems and complaints. None have been experienced!

Good breakfast. When we came to check in at 9:00 pm there was no one at front desk. Took about 5 minutes before someone showed up. She was outside taking a break. Hot tub out of service. Carpets needed cleaned.

Room was clean, no coat hangers provided, Hand lotion instead of Body Wash in shower. Convenient parking, excellent breakfast!

Okay, here's the deal we paid Expedia to stay at the hotel. We go to the hotel. All of a sudden, there's another $100 fee that's not anywhere, aren't expedients? Very well, hidden that they don't like to tell you and stay bridge themselves. The girl at the desk said, oh Expedia doesn't put it on there so when we got a little upset because they took our money and wouldn't give us a room. We were like, well then give us our money back so we can go somewhere else or accept us because you already know that they don't post the deposit online, the girl said I can't help you with that and I can't authorize a deposit or a deposit return. I was like it's not a posit, it's for the rental which we're not getting because you said yourself. Bixby doesn't put this stuff on their website anyway, we go back-and-forth for a minute and we leave, we call Expedia, of course, they're unhelpful, they're not going to do anything to give you your money back regardless of what happened, okay? So we end up going to the bank getting money putting it on my card, going back to the state bridge to pay the $100 deposit when we get back there. The girl tells me, oh, you can't stay here because you argued with me, but I'm going to authorize a return of your money, I was like how you going to authorize the return of our money, you just said 5 minutes ago that you're not authorized to do any returns, she said, I need you to leave or I'm going to call the police. So I left and I would love stay bridge staff to

Amazing all the way around! From the moment I walked through the doors. Everyone was so great the room was clean and spacious the breakfast was great! Customer service was on point!

There was a weird stain in our tub that mostly went away with water that led us to believe the cleaning service did not have enough time to actually clean the room- we didn’t notice this until later at night and it was disappointing

Numerous things wrong. Called in advance to confirm hot tub operation. When arrived not functioning and was not operational when we called. Leaking water into lighting - electrical hazard in lobby. When pointed out reception was not concerned and uninterested. No caffeinated coffee called front desk said they did not have any. Some of the breakfast pastries were stall and rock hard. Just overall disappointed and not worth it at all. Will never stay here again and do not recommend any visit this property

Breakfast was wonderful! Free laundry & Happy hour were a bonus. We booked the hotel for the outdoor pool, only disappointing thing was the water temp(outside temp was 100). They fill it every morning & it’s in the shade by 3.

The location is fantastic for myself and family! Some clean towels were dirty! Comforter had a needle in it and comforters should be changed every time a new customer comes to stay! Pool area needs new furniture!!! Very run down and too low to sit in especially for elder people and adults!!! Please change pool area furniture Kitchen floor was black when wiping food up that fell! Please clean Kitchen floors better!
