Best Western Plus Champaign/Urbana Inn

Everything was perfect until I climbed into the bed. The king bed mattress has a 6” dip in the center. The mattress at least in our room definitely needs replaced

Superb

Clean, modern, rooms were fairly spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing to dislike

Spacious room Shower needed to be caulked in places

easy location, good parking good staff, nice clean rooms

No toiletries eg lotion available. Everything was bare bones. Provide lotion, shower cap, note pad, additional blanket and pillows if needed.

Clean, quiet, safe, fair price

Great location, hotel and staff were nice. Several places to eat in the surrounding area. Costco, Sam's and mall near by.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay there again.

The rooms were nice & decently spacious. Breakfast was fair. If you're sensitive to light while trying to sleep then this is not the place for you. Lights from outside streamed in the room, the curtains did not provide adequate coverage.

The room was amazing and very clean. I got the suite and it was very affordable.

Location, front desk, room, bathroom Breakfast was nasty and the attendant had a tip jar out. Why would you ask for tips at a hotel with free breakfast. Unprofessional

I felt bad that there was only one person working the desk on a game night, but I was able to book an hour and a half prior to arriving and it was nice to be able to bring our German shepherd without any breed restrictions. The only complaint I've got is that they ran out of full size towels and we only had 3 in our room for 4 ppl.

yogurt, coffee main food

Everything was clean and well maintained, breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks!

The room lighting was not easy to find. Thought the room was very dark when I entered. I like a brighter room.

Stayed 2 nights this week and last. Staff very nice and accommodating and pet friendly. My fur baby wakes up a few times each night, between 1 & 5 am, taking him outside during those hours I felt very safe. There are 3 hotels in a row all very lite up. Also a many restaurants in walking distance from hotel.

Wonderful room and bed Hot tub was small and lacking

Excellent coffee

Okay
