Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites

I don’t recommend this hotel

The first room was smelling like feet, they moved me to another room. The keys wasn’t working 2 times, I ask to clean the room and I need clean towels and they took the trash and do the beds . The hotel need a little bit of paint or touch ups. The breakfast no the best, potatoes hard, yogurt mashing not working etc

outstanding property and staff.. wonderful stay...

More affordable than staying at the casino, and it's only on the other side of the freeway. Nice place.

Breakfast lacked supplies. No butter, no yogurt, no fresh fruit, eggs were what seemed to be egg whites only with no normal yellow color and no flavor. Next day eggs looked like they were soaked in a watery liquid. Not good at all.

Everything went well

Very clean room, friendly & responsive staff. Large & comfortable room with lots of space on bathroom counter top. Shower is the best. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. The eggs, especially the omelets, tasted so good with their bacon & sausage. Orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and the coffee was fresh. So much included for the reasonable room prices. Also a beautiful building and lobby.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful and nice. Conveniently located. I was at a conference at the Wild Horse Pass and this was a great access point for me at a great rate. I believe the star ratings could be higher. The bed was comfortable, room was nice and cold, did the job nicely!

Clean room, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

Friendly front staff. Energetic. During our stay, the hallway was extremely warm/HOT! Temperatures felt as if we were stepping outside and not just out into the hallway. The ice machine on our floor was not working during our stay. We went to a different floor. The hotel is pretty and very clean. We did not make it to breakfast. No hotel shuttle but Uber/Lyft picked up quickly.

The showers should be evaluated for water pressure. The air conditioning system was subpar and not cooling the hallways and common areas.

Went to breakfast with 30 minutes to spare

Stay was great, but out of the 6 days we stayed they only came to clean the room once.

I am very happy to be booking another stay in your hotel.

There for a conference. Everything was great.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated all the information about amendies and near by activities. The breakfast was also pretty good.

It would be nice to have some breakfast items for people with diabetes. Sugar free jams, keto bread, almond milk...etc.

Loved our stay last time, which is why we came back! We liked everything!

The cleaning they change the room 3 times and I think all rooms are the same

The bed were super comfortable but the sheet cleanliness was questionable. There were stains on the towels and bedding. Too tired to complain to the staff though.
