Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center

The breakfast was very good, there were several different things to eat. Also the happy hour treats and drinks were a fantastic extra value for our stay!

Tranquilite,bon petit dejeuner,chambre bien insonorise.

We love the Drury and this is our favorite location in the Phoenix area. The bedrooms are always clean, the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are always good as well as the on site restaurant.

The room was clean. They serve a nice breakfast buffet. Evening snacks and drinks is great at the end of the day.

Muy bueno

We enjoyed the stay, with free breakfast, dinner snacks, 3 alcoholic drinks per adult! Absolutely, we will come back! ❤️

Staff was awful. We have stayed here 8 times over the last few years and never had any issues. This time was very different. Rude staff and very unhelpful.

.

Hotel was less expensive than the same one that’s closer to the airport. Staff were very friendly, there is ample parking. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Shower head was maybe 6” in diameter and was awesome elevators were large and quick. would definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff attentiveness and friendliness and super clean hotel.

Excellent place to stay! So nice to have free popcorn, full bar with food, and a great breakfast/appetizer food. Good variety of food too.

The kickback sealed the deal! Will visit as often as we can!

Second time staying in Chandler visit area once a month and out of all the hotels I’ve tried. I prefer Drury Hotel for checking convenience, cleanliness conditions of the site the bed, the pillows, the restrooms, the cleanliness, the amenities, the breakfast, and snacks in the evening overall good good experience.

The complementary breakfast and dinner was a hit my kids enjoyed the food and stay

Quiet and clean room. Helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities! Great location. Close to shopping and freeway access.

Roomd were clean, staff were super helpful and nice. The pool was amazing on the hot days. Breakfast was included and worked great for me. The pizza at the Kitchen +Bar was great. There were also 2 more food joints close by which were also good. Chandler fashion centre was an easy Uber away. Great stay at the Drury. I would stay here again.

The manager is rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how he can be a manager.

A clean hotel with nicely appointed upscale rooms. Lounge and breakfast bar are available. An excellent choice if staying in the area!

We have stayed there a number of times. Love this place, if there were problems it was the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were awful and the tub drain, it didn’t. These are the things I found fault with. Outside of that the hotel staff and the cleanliness was outstanding!
